Corn Maze

On Veterans Day, the kids were out of school so we decided to visit the corn maze.  We had a terriffic afternoon.  We started with a picnic lunch at the farm, then went on to all the other activities there.  We spent 3 1/2 hours there and the kids still didn't want to leave.  Mom even scored some "cool" points that day!
Fire Power!!!

Cute farm animals (the one on the right) :-)

Looking down at the corn maze from the platform high above.

Did you know that if you follow a maze by keeping your right hand on the wall of the maze you will always be able to find your way out?  We tried it and it worked!  Kendra, Jared and Bekah all had fun exploring the maze.

Josh didn't go with us.  We took a family picture with scarecrow substitute Josh.

This little pig made his house out of straw...

This little pig made her house out of sticks...

And this little pig made her house out of bricks!

The corn box was SOOO much fun.  It was just like a sand box but filled with corn instead of sand.  We buried Kendra competely.

We covered Jared but then a fly came and buzzed around in his face.

Fun bikes...

and climbing!

And climbing some more!  Amazing, Jared!

Bekah trying it out, too.

To top it all off, Kendra found a kitty who lives at the farm.  She was in kitty heaven.  The kitty's name was Tinkerbell, AKA Stinkerbell.
