She Loves Young Women's

We have had sick kids all this past week.  Each of them have taken their turn feeling yucky.  (Fortunately Mom and Dad are still healthy.) On Wednesday Bekah looked a little down but she insisted she was fine, "just a little tired."  She wanted to go to her church youth activity that evening.  On the way home from the activity that night, she finally admitted to Dad that she had been feeling sick and chilled.  She didn't want to come home from school early because she knew she wouldn't be able to go to the activity if she was sick.  I owe a great big THANK YOU to all her wonderful leaders and to all of the great girls who make her feel so loved that she will go to such great lengths to go.  --Now we just need to get her to understand that going to school and activities while she is sick can spread the yuckies.  :-o
